Sometimes "the powers that be" do not seem to
understand the mind set of many of the troops who risk their lives in
Afghanistan. Too often we are told that we must not upset our Muslim
"brothers".
Sometimes those men and women of the Joint Forces in
Afghanistan simply want a memento that means something to them, and to hell
with being politically correct, after all who is it that gets shot at or blown
up by an IED, it's not the policy makers, it is the men and women doing
the business in Afghanistan.
Each Taliban Hunting Club Challenge Coin is made of metal which has an antique silver finish.
The coin is 50mm diameter and 3mm thick and weighs 45 gramms.
The skull and rifles are in full 3d style relief.
Each coin is supplied in a clear acrylic case together with a box outer.
For a translation of the central text you will have to read it upside down. (Not recommended if you are
sensitive or get dizzy!)
